Coline started her career working as a neurosurgical nurse. A few years later she became a Physician Assistant in neurology. When she collapsed and got sick herself, she re-evaluated her life. It felt as if she had to re-invent herself. Who was she? What was she good at? But maybe even more important: what did she like and what was good for hér?
She discovered her body was her guiding light in this whole process. It was the only thing that never lied to her. She learned to listen to her body and by doing that, she found her intuition, her inner voice. Even though most of the time she didn’t have a clue why she felt called to do a certain thing, she did it anyway.
The whole adventure brought her to where she is now: writing books about life and the wisdom of the body.
It’s her mission to show people there is hope no matter what you’ve been through. If you learn to listen to your body, to your inner voice, you’ll find your truth. No-one can take that away from you, never. You’ll learn to have faith and trust in yourself. Life feels more and more like a pleasant adventure and you are the captain of your own ship. You’ll find your way in any situation and know what you need and what is best for you. You don’t need others to tell you what you should and should not do. You know it yourself. And that gives a feeling of pure joy and freedom.
